How Mail-in Rebates Work

Redeeming a rebate for your PlexWriter is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

• Purchase the drive within the stated period
• Download the rebate form on this page (make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed) and complete all required information
• Include a copy of your sales receipt/invoice as proof of purchase with the model name and date circled.
• Cut out the original UPC/barcode symbol from the back of the retail box
• Make copies of the rebate submission for your records
• Mail the rebate form, copy of invoice/receipt and the original UPC/bar code to the address listed on the form

Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
